PET POLICY

  • WITHOUT EXCEPTION all pets must have a leash attached to the pet's collar while being outside the room. The pets MUST BE ALWAYS supervised by an adult.

  • Pet should not be taken into common areas such as swimming pool, Garden, Reception, Restaurant & Play Areas.

  • Pet should not dirty the villas. Food for pets can be ordered in advance. The same is supplied at nominal cost.

  • Guests are responsible for all property damages or personal injuries resulting from their pet.

  • Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon booking.

  • Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest.

  • Pet should not disturb other guests.

  • Only 01 pet is allowed per villa.

  • Ferocious & big dogs breed such as German shepherd, Pitbull etc are not allowed at the property. 

  • We do not supply pedigree or any other packed food.

  • Property manager reserves the right to allow/disallow the pet.
